Jay’s session on experiential education was a big hit with our faculty at Guilford. Jay provided us with a range of concrete experiential learning tools and activities that we could employ both inside and outside the classroom. I appreciated the generosity and care that Jay displayed during the workshop, and his keen ability to gently push his audience to experiment with different teaching and learning styles. Several faculty members approached me afterward and told me how much they appreciated Jay’s session. We hope to have him back next year!

“Jay takes critical research and makes it meaningful to any audience. As an expert in the field, he practices what he preaches and all of his pedagogy is meaningful and interactive. Jay is also a visionary who challenges others to not be complacent in higher education. We need more like him.”
Dr. Karlyn Crowley, Provost, Ohio Wesleyan University
